The upcoming Super Bowl is probably the most followed event in the US with its flat screens, hot dogs & 100 Millions of americans watching it. & yet Bill Maher, wanted to show everyone how the Super bowl was an inside controversy with its system of redistributing the money to all teams equally (& even disadvantaging the last winners). Fraser Davidson created a 2 minutes animation around this audio sequence taken from Bill Maher’s book “The New New Rules: A Funny Look at How Everybody but Me Has Their Head Up Their Ass”. It mixes graphic design, typography and fun.

Proteigon is a short film edited by Burayan (aka Steven Briand). With the hands of Luca Fiore & the music of Nodey & Omar the 1.30 minute is absolutely bluffing. The video mixes three of the best arts that are stop motion technique, Paper Craft and Finger manipulations (well… Hands Manipulation here). The video will blow your mind. Looks like we can do some amazing stuff while interns and with nothing but paper.

Princess is a short animated movie promoting the Whistler Film Festival. Directed by the Canadian agency (Vancouver) Dare, and produced by Picasso Pictures (London) under the art direction of Rob Sweetman, the 1 minute 30 video narrate the story of a prince going to see his princess. But as the ending title says it, it’s not an expected story.

The music that comes here with the actions of the wood worker is signed by The Three Corners of the earth. 44 days, 11 countries, 18 flights and 3 ambitious guys. That’s what it took to shoot three amazing videos called Eat, Move and Learn. Of course, with some linear montage, a lot of imagination, some patience to actually shoot all the videos and the guts to go around the globe and eat some insects, everything is possible. How did Mythology started ? 5 amazingly talented students from ESMA (Artistic school in Montperllier, France) decided to explain it for their latest project in college. Created between september 2009 and september 2010, Mytho Logique is an awesome short animation film directed by J. Ambron, A. Aramini, A. Belbari, G. Poitel and Y. Vincent. Awesome work.
