Dale Edwin Murray, also known as DEM, is a freelance graphic designer coming straight from the United Kingdom and with a huge talent. Besides his work pieces for pestigious brands such as Microsoft, EasyJet, BBC, Toyota or Virgin, he creates cool pieces for magazines like Wired or Ammo Magazine. But on top of that, he creates amazing illustrations in a personal style, whether it’s to a tshirt submission on the famous website Threadless, or for a serie project. Jay-Z and Kanye West are back to take the Hip Hop throne to another level with Watch The Throne, a collaborative album on which the two rappers poses with class. A couple days after the big album release, they’re publishing their first and new video, and it’s the track Otis that is brought to images with an amazing clip where Kanye and Hov are sharing a throne with elegance ! Invited by Barclay, we had the chance to watch the premiere of Kanye West‘s movie Runaway in Paris. The 40 minutes video is in fact going to be on Kanye‘s new album released in November. Kanye says “I wanted to do a video that represents what I have in my heart and not what the director thought should be”. He didn’t care about beauty, he just cared about the message. And we have to say, for once, it’s really amazing that a film is actually like that. Here’s the teaser, and some picture of the premiere in Paris.

Couple weeks ago we presented an amateur version of Power by Kanye West, the video made of GIF was made by the Allfingers studio. Today Kanye West himself presented the official version of the video on his blog. Describing it as a “moving painting”, the mini clip (Less then 2 minutes), is actually a portrait of Kanye West with a travelling back. This portrait makes echo with the title of the video “Portrait of Power”. Is Kanye the power itself ?

Marco Brambilla is the visual artist behind the camera. Born in Italy, but actually living in Canada, the film maker captured the essence of Kanye’s philosophy.

The animation label Allfingers made a clip on the latest song of mister Kanye West. Power has now its own video. The particularity of this clip is the fact that it’s only made of animated GIF pictures. Allfingers signed here an amazing video for one of the most popular artists of the 21th century.
