20 seconds series is a very cool project created by Eoin Conlon. The young copywriter from Dublin, Ireland, imagined reducing most famous tv shows into a poster that will make you understand everything in less than 20 seconds. From Prison Break to The Wire passing Lost, he did 8 of them and did them pretty good. Double thumbs up for resuming 10 years of friends. UNAGI. Byron Galan is a typographer addict living in Salvador, where he handles BeType.co, a website dedicated to this art. He recently discovered that his mom had cancer, and unfortunately couldn’t afford paying for her medications. Having no money, he decided to bring together people around humor & typography to beat cancer. Setting up an indiegogo campaign to collect $5000 for his mom, he illustrated situations we find horrible, and comparing them to cancer. A great way of catching attention thanks to minimalist posters.

The french advertising agency Fred & Farid who recently opened a new office in Shanghai, China, decided not to send out their 2013 wishes like everybody else, and waited for the Chinese new year to be celebrated to do so. Along with this, a special snake year card is being sent out to partnership and press. Totally handcrafted, the wishing card represents both on the inside (thanks to a drawing) and the outside (with the envelope pattern) a snake. Happy New Year guys.
